My son was well cared for by Zavareh Daruwala during his 2 day stay. He was at home. Thank you Zawareh.

My 5 month old golden retriever puppy was in this kennel...

My 5 month old golden retriever puppy was in this kennel for a little over 20 days. I was shocked to see that my puppy's elbow hair was shaved off without any prior consent. Upon confronting Zawareh, he denied saying it was already shaved and that my all healthy puppy was suffering from an ailment. I am unsure how much trauma my puppy must have went through during the shaving as he is not exposed to any sharp objects soo far. I will not recommend this kennel to any caring dog parent.

I left my 5 month old Golden retriever puppy and my GSD 5 years old. To my shock my Golden Retriever puppy came back with elbow cleanly shaved on front leg. When reported. the initial reaction was that it is some skin ailment then went to discussion with the workers who refuted saying that the puppy came with elbow shaved and when questioned then why hasnt the hair grown jn 23 days, he went mute.Its in an area where the dog cannot reach to bite themselves so clearly he has not hurt himself. This is very unfortunate that puppy had to go through this and my veterinary has asked me to take extra care now to ensure that the hair grows back and the skin is not affected. I do not recommend this place and its very disappointing with what has happened with my young puppy.
