i was diagnosed with sciatica since 3 years. ortho told me to operate and i was ready for it. bcz i had severe pain. then someone suggested me dr soniyas name. i went to her clinic. she understood my problem and i took 10 sessions from her. now i am feeling better.

I had severe frozen shoulder and could barely lift my arm. After treatment at Swasthya Physiotherapy, my condition improved tremendously. The physiotherapist explained everything clearly and planned each session carefully. With a combination of manual therapy, stretching, and home exercises, my movement gradually came back.
