Worst experience – complete loss of trust I had an extremely disappointing experience with Stock Axis. Almost every recommendation I received turned out to be wrong, resulting in huge financial losses for me. Instead of helping clients grow, their advice has done the exact opposite in my case. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of my assigned relationship manager, Ishita Solanki. Despite repeatedly informing her about the losses I was facing due to their recommendations, her response was ignorant, casual, and completely lacking accountability. There was no ownership, no concern, and no meaningful support when it actually mattered. When you trust a stock recommendation firm, you expect professionalism, responsibility, and at least some empathy toward client losses. Unfortunately, Stock Axis failed on all fronts. Because of the poor quality of recommendations and the unprofessional handling of my concerns, I strongly do not recommend Stock Axis to anyone looking for reliable or responsible stock market guidance. There is no negative rating else I would have given them that. Will post the screenshot of my chat with Ishita where she was saying that my loss in a share was just 13% without even caring what is the 13% of 2 lacs, and believe me it was just about a single stock, I have got many of those waste in my portfolio because of their incompetitive research team. Most of their recommended shares are in huge losses of 35-47%. They wont even tell you to average them. If you want to take their service better to throw your money in dustbin, you will end up in positive. I am their existing client till next year but believe me I will not pick up a single trash stock recommended by them.
