Guys if you are ever called by this institution for an interview at 8:30 AM, please do not go at 8:30 AM instead go at 8:30 PM if you are a candidate residing in greater mumbai. The document verification staff is pathetic and they take more than half an hour just to check whether candidate has submitted a proper photocopy of the original documents or not. If you are from mumbai you will be told that let other candidates who have come from other cities and states, have their chance of being interviewed first. Then why call candidates from mumbai at 8:30 AM and specifically mention in the call letter that strictly come before reporting time??? Only for mumbai candidates to realize that they will waste their half a day just sitting in a random hall with no mobile network?? After sitting idle for long hours waiting for one's turn for interview, a candidate who has reached venue since early morning becomes so exhaustive that his/her energy and enthusiasm is completely drained out thereafter reducing his chances of selection. The interview panel too then gives up on candidates who waited till 8PM -9 PM for their interview round and just for the sake of formality, take a 10 minute interview round which for other states candidates lasts around 40 minutes thereby eliminating the chances of selecting mumbai based candidates. Too unfair, shouldn't the management really consider these things??? Pathetically spent a day here waiting for my round of interview like a beggar waits for his target of daily cash collection. Never go on reporting time mumbai candidates, go 12 hours later than the reporting time. Also 100% travel reimbursement is available only to outstation candidates (who stay out of greater mumbai) and 0% travel reimbursement is allowed to mumbai based candidates, the question is why even bother sending call letters to mumbai based candidates after such disparities?? Why not just recruit candidates who come from outstation to mumbai for interviews? Serious questions which need to be answered!!!
