Absolutely useless diagnostic centre. Was initially informed to come by 12:15 for an ultrasound and upon reaching there was told it will take 45 minutes after the doctor arrives to get the test done. The doctor did not show up for over 1 hour after which I left. Absolutely no professionalism on the doctor's part. The reception staff seemed helpless and were kind enough to issue a refund for the delay, they also accomodated the pile up of patients in various rooms. They are the only reason that the place even gets 1 star.

This is the first time I experienced a doctor being angry with a patient only because i had already waited for 45 mins even when no other patient was there and when I asked the staff to call to doctor they said she is having lunch then i insisted so Finally Dr Ankita called me for ultrasound and did it in mins and went.. didn’t answer none of questions didn’t even said a word a left. Please don’t go there for ultrasound because.. may be they will not even do it but empty your pockets for sure.

Horrible service. Waited for 20min for a 2 minute OPG procedure. The staff keep gossiping and walking around. There was only 1 other patient in the waiting area for an another test. Yet made to keep waiting endlessly. Finally after asking for a refund and reprimanding the reception they immediately take us in for the test. What was the wait time for them? Never sending another patient here for their tests.
