Painterior owners are also involved in Construction / Redevelopment and I am currently residing at Mermit Towers, Lower Parel, E. For the last 13+ years, these owners have failed to get an (OC) for various reasons which is shocking as it is a checklist that every builder adheres to and gets an OC and handovers to Society. Very poor communication/reverting. Every Resident is frustrated with the developers' slow/casual/inaction. Never work with these unprofessional people. Never ever buy any properties from them Please stay away from them. Please take services from other companies A Disgruntled Resident
