I stayed at Intercontinental for the first time to spend some quality time with family before leaving for US. The hotel stay was excellent. Also breakfast buffet was amazing on all 3 days. Chef Sunil graciously honored my special request for fasting food by serving Sabudana khichdi and wada on day 2. They made my daughters stay memorable by serving good-bye pancakes. Their coffees and egg dishes are delicious. Entire breakfast team including Shubhangi, Sangam, Kim, Chin and Sanika were very professional and friendly.

Beautiful views over Marine Drive, lovely rooms, and the kind of warm Indian hospitality that makes you feel instantly at home. The breakfast team absolutely spoiled us — right down to the adorable “See You Soon” pancake farewell and handwritten note. The concierge team were also exceptional — always helpful, calm and somehow able to make Mumbai feel effortless.

Had a wonderful experience at L&S Bistro. The ambiance was elegant, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed outing. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. A special appreciation for Sahil, whose service was truly outstanding. He was courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was perfectly taken care of throughout our visit.
