Member of aqua aerobics conducted here since a long time. Excellent instructors, well maintained pool, good showering facilities, and ever helpful staff. Definitely must try if possible. Aqua aerobics is an excellent exercise to improve flexibility, it strengthens n tones muscles, improves heart health and reduces risk of any injuries.

Very small gym. Too compact. During your workout if lucky then you will find any gym trainer there. Faced problem for lockers. For one month didn't receive the locker. Shower facility very bad, big problem of hot water. Steam also has timing which may or may not be suitable to all. Over doesnt have a pleasant smell. Enrolled for a month but complete waste of money
Sorry to say not the best experience depending on who this belongs to. Pool had a layer of filth. Equipments not up2 the mark, not clean at all.... was here a couple of years, terrible upkeep of this place. Gym shoukd have been like Melt... but it's a poor copy Thats why it's mostly empty with few members...

Good place to exercise ur body. All equipment n all facilities.shower, steam, lockers. Very clean place.Staff are very friendly n helpful always smiling. Only the time they closed afternoon. Rest is very very best

Been a member for 6 months.Instructors are helpful but the place for a gym area is too small and half of the machines doesn't work.Management doesn't look after the machines which makes too much of noise plus air conditioning problem is too common.Expensive for the price paid
