I had a really great experience staying at this PG. It’s very conveniently located near the college, which made daily commuting easy. The househelp came in every day, so the place was always clean and well-maintained. What stood out the most was how responsive and helpful the brothers ( Alok and Amber) were. Whether it was an issue with the geyser, toaster, laundry baskets, or anything else, they were always quick to resolve it. Overall, it was a very comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a well-managed PG.

Had a wonderful stay here. The location is unbeatable for South Bombay college students, with CSMT, Churchgate, and the aqua line metro all close by, making commuting on any line so easy. But what truly made it special was Kesar Maushi. She is incredible, from making sure no one ever slept hungry to keeping the entire place perfectly maintained, she genuinely took care of us like her own kids. If you’re looking for a place that feels safe and homely, this is it!

Ram Nam Stay truly felt like a home away from home. It’s within walking distance of Xaviers, so commuting is never a concern. Kesar Maushi, who cooks delicious homely meals. Both the guard uncles are also super supportive and ensure our safety around the clock. The accommodation is well-equipped with all essential amenities, and our broker Mr. Alok and owner Mr. Hitesh ensured that any issues, whether it’s Wi-Fi or minor leakages, are resolved within a day. It’s genuinely hard to find a place like this to live!🫶🏻

Such a pleasant stay at Ram Nam this year. It's easily one of the best, most well-maintained PGs near St.Xavier’s College. Both the night and day watchmen are super sweet, kind, and caring. They actually look out for you and keep an eye out to make sure everything is alright. Alok, our broker, was also super helpful throughout the stay, from showing us the best flat to make sure things keep fixed and maintained in a timely manner. The cherry on top of the cake really is Kesar Maushi. She stayed with us throughout the year and has cared for us like we were her kids. She made great food always and also cared for us every time any of us fell sick. She's one of the main reasons why everything went so smoothly. Overall, it's a great place to stay and super amazing locality, of course.

I stayed at Ram Nam Mansion for around 11 months, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms are well-maintained, and the place feels safe and comfortable for long-term stays. The environment is peaceful, which made it easy to focus on work and daily routines. The management is generally supportive and responsive whenever there are issues. Basic amenities are provided, and cleanliness is maintained regularly. Like any PG, there are a few minor areas where things could improve, but nothing that seriously affected my stay. I would recommend Ram Nam Mansion to students and working professionals looking for a decent and reliable PG for an extended stay.
