Visited Sainath Dhaba for their iconic Aloo Kulcha, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. Fresh from the tandoor, crispy on the outside, soft and generously stuffed inside, topped with a dollop of butter and served with flavorful chole and tangy onions and Green Chilli ๐ถ๏ธpickle. Simple, comforting, and packed with authentic Amritsari flavors. A must-try for every kulcha lover in Mumbai. Place is a simple sitting accomodating few eaters at a time but service is super fast.

We went on Saturday evening, TBH looking at the store you will have second thoughts since it's a small shop, but when you eat the kulcha, it is just simply AMAZING!!! It is so so so delicious, people who have ordered one always go for the 2 nd one. The uncle is very smiley and welcoming. We ordered cheese paneer kulcha, twice!! Because our heart was not full just after eating one kulcha. They use amul products so you get that richness in the taste. Undoubtedly, WORTH THE HYPE!!!!! A MUST TRY!

Had aloo pyaz kulcha today morning itself...taste was good...but service could have been better....rate is ok considering mumbai....one kulcha, chhole and onion salad for 100 bucks. No doubt...owner can improve, but best substitute for those who miss punjabi taste. A must try place for those who love the taste
My favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning is breakfast....
My favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning is breakfast. So, we drove off to Chembur for the famous Sainath Kulchas. While they serve a variety of Kulchas, through trial and error I have figured out my favorite one. Firstly, There are a few things that Sainath does that make their Kulchas perfect, the "barrel shaped" tandoor & the quality of the ingredients. The Aalu Cheese Kulcha ๐ฅ: Delicious Aalu filling with lots of cheese. Baked until crispy in the tandoor. They finish the kulcha with a dollop of butter & sprinkle some Jeera powder to add more flavour. The melted cheese & aalu filling goes great with the crispy kulcha making it the best one in the house! Try the Paneer Kulcha too. Chola ๐: All the kulchas are served with Chola & some onion salad. However, the chola is never tasty. Recently they have also introduced a place where you can sit and enjoy the Kulchas. I prefer the comfort of my car though ๐ (if you can find a spot to park). Bonus: After the Kulchas, you should try the sugarcane juice right next to it. You could also try the Lassi at Vig. Oh this place takes cash only, the UPI Scanner doesn't work.

This place is at the entrance of a lane right opposite to Ganesh mandir in chembur camp. Consider this place as street food because there's no seating as such. It can only accommodate 4(sitting) persons at a time in the shop. If you go during the afternoon then prepare to be roasted in the sun while eating. The food is average, nothing too great. This place is specifically for kulcha and the chola is like a side dish. I travelled all the way from kalbadevi after watching a reel by some food blogger and I am disappointed. It's not worth the travel. If you live close by and take the food parcel then it might make sense cause this place is affordable. I ordered a alu pyaaz and paneer cheese kulcha and both tasted pretty regular, nothing that would set these apart from any other restaurant. Kulchas are made in a proper tandoor that's all. The total was 180rs which is reasonable. The chole lacks flavours and it's better to have the kulcha without the chole. I honestly don't understand the hype about this place. Only visit this place if you live in the area, otherwise it's not worth the travel.
