I had a disappointing experience at Walky Doggy Pet Shop. The service was not up to the mark, and the staff were not very helpful or attentive to customer concerns. I expected better professionalism and support, especially when it comes to pet-related products and care. Unfortunately, based on my visit, I can’t recommend this shop. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Extremely serious and disturbing experience at Walky Doggy Pet Shop, Chembur Camp, Indira Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai 400074. At the start of this month, I left my Shih Tzu at this shop while I was out of the city for a long vacation, trusting them to take proper care of my pet. During that time, my dog was bitten by another dog while under their supervision and suffered a visible injury that required treatment. What is even more concerning is that I was NOT informed about this incident by the owner or staff. I discovered the injury later myself. Hiding such an incident from a pet owner is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of responsibility and transparency. When pet owners leave their animals for boarding, we expect safety, supervision, and honest communication. Unfortunately, this experience showed failure in all three. I also personally observed an elderly staff member appearing to be under the influence of alcohol during my visits, which raised serious concerns about whether pets are being properly monitored. Because of this experience, I strongly do NOT recommend leaving pets here for boarding. Pet parents should be extremely careful before trusting this place with their animals.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Walky Doggy Pet Shop in Chembur. I trusted this shop with my pet’s needs, but unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. They were selling expired pet food products, which is very dangerous for pets’ health. When we buy food from a pet store, we expect safety, quality, and responsibility — not negligence. Even more worrying was their lack of proper care and attention when pets are left at their shop. As pet parents, we trust such stores with our animals like family members. Seeing such careless behavior completely broke that trust. Staff did not seem serious about customer concerns, and there was no accountability when this issue was raised. Selling expired food and not handling pets responsibly is unacceptable for any pet shop. I strongly request other pet owners to check product expiry dates carefully before purchasing anything from here and be cautious when leaving your pets in their care. Pets depend on us to make safe choices for them. Shops handling pet food and pet care should act responsibly. Very disappointing experience.
