Visitors expecting a typical mall experience—multiple brands, window shopping, or spending leisure time—will find this place underwhelming. The layout and offerings resemble a small commercial setup rather than a proper mall. While basic facilities exist, the overall experience lacks the scale and vibrancy associated with malls in Mumbai. It’s important to set the right expectations before visiting, especially if you are planning a dedicated trip. Not suitable for shopping or a mall outing.
