It is unfortunate that your team did not inform us that cash refunds are no longer being processed. Even after the insurance claim was settled within 30 days, no communication was provided regarding the refund process. After I followed up on 8th June, your team confirmed that the refund would be processed within 7 days. However, I am once again having to follow up on the same matter, and there has been no update. In an era where technology has significantly improved service efficiency, it is disappointing to experience such delays and a lack of communication from a reputed hospital. I believe your refund process and communication system require considerable improvement.
