I visited your center for my wife’s Double Marker Test on 20/01/2026 (Metropolis). At the time of the test, your staff collected the original sonography report from us. When I went to collect the Double Marker Test report, I was given only that report, and the original sonography report was not returned. The next day, I again visited your center to collect the sonography report, but I did not receive any proper response. I was made to wait for nearly 2 hours and was sent from one counter to another (cashier, X-ray counter, and other departments). No staff member was able to give clear information. Finally, I was informed that the original sonography report has been misplaced/lost. I was assured that a copy would be provided within 2 hours, but till now, I have not received any update or response. This experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide the required report at the earliest.

I visited this clinic for a dental check-up, and dental doctor treated me for a cavity issue. She performed a root canal and placed a cap. The only concern I had was the long waiting time. Due to the rush, sometimes the root canal and cap weren't done as thoroughly as expected. Overall, it was an okay experience.

On someone's recommendation for a good orthopedic doctor, we visited here for the first time to consult with him for my mother. The doctor is located in Ward No. 9 on the first floor. After confirming with the reception counter on the ground floor, they directed us to his cabin. Upon our entering, the doctor immediately began shouting at us, asking where our payment receipt was. He said, 'I'm not here to treat patients for free! How did you come here without following the process?' In the midst of this, we tried to explain that we were unaware of the procedure, and that the reception did not provide any guidance. We assured him that we were ready to pay the consultation fee, but that nonsense doctor continued to shout at us. Feeling disrespected, we left the cabin and returned home. He is very rude, mannerless, cheap and nonsense fellow.. He clearly doesn't know how to interact with patients. .

I went there for my Root canal.. i had appointment with Dr Shruti Singh. she is an excellent dentist..having good experience and probably one of the best dental doctors i have ever made.. moreover treatment is very cheap.. highly recommended..
