We have been visiting Veena World Chembur Branch for all our tours. Front Sales at Chembur Branch are excellent. Riddhi and other staff members are very kind, polite, smiling and we love the way they treat all the customers. Superrr. Mr.Ranganathan Senior Manager handling Chembur Branch is a very humble person and deals with the customers very efficiently. All the staff never let go the customer without booking for a tour once they're inside the Branch. This is my observation. All the staff have the charm of attracting the customers to book for a tour. Also I would like to mention Veena World has got good in-house tour guides. Very warm with everyone. All in all we love travelling with Veena World. Thank you. I did Women's Special thru Veena World. Went into Chembur branch to make casual enquiries and came out with a decision to join Veena World. Ms Prajakta Raul attended to me and my friend and whole thru the process she patiently explained everything. When I came back from the trip I went around telling all my female friends how well we were looked after. That's how I decided this Srilanka trip, again totally guided by Ms. Prajakta. I stay in Chennai, I could have easily googled any other branch of Veena but the courtesy and guidance shown by Ms.Prajakta impressed not only me but my elder sister who takes advice from Ms.Prajakta about your trips. Front desk people are very important for any business. Customers rely on their words. In that sense Veen World is lucky to have Ms.Prajakta as that front desk face of your Chembur branch.

Chembur branch where we visit is very helpful n cooperative. So far I hv booked my tours with Prajakta Raul. She is intelligent n knowledgeable. Always ready to help from booking of the tour till departure. She calls n asks for any help since we r senior citizens. Gives all printouts. Other staff in Chembur branch is always cheerful n welcome us. No complaints.
