After patiently viewing 4-5 dresses, we were publicly berated for not having a specific item in mind. It even went to a point where he stated - "I'll not show any more dresses if you don't specify what exactly is that you want." The owner's loud and condescending tone was both embarrassing and humiliating, especially given the presence of other customers and staff who seemed amused by the situation. It's important to remember that not all customers know exactly what they want upfront. Some prefer to explore options before making a decision. A respectful and DISCREET approach would have been more appropriate, especially in a women's clothing store. Given the rise of e-commerce, businesses that prioritize customer experience and empathy will likely thrive. I hope Naveli Dresses reconsiders its approach to customer service.
