I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my recent experience regarding my vehicle's annual service, which I entrusted to your garage in June 2026. At the outset, the sales personnel referred to your service center as an "alternative garage for Maruti vehicles," which misled me regarding your authorization status. I presumed that it was an authorized Maruti service center and subsequently gave my vehicle for servicing. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. My car was kept in the garage in Chembur for more than 20 hours. The delivery timeline was pushed back multiple times, which significantly disrupted my daily schedule. Ultimately, I received my vehicle on Sunday evening around 8 PM. Upon basic inspection, I noticed that the car had not even been cleaned from the inside, and there were leftover items from the garage, which was quite unprofessional. I believe feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope my concerns can be addressed to enhance future service experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Top notch service! Car runs like butter after doing a service from them. Yusuf coordinated very well and they also give videos of each and every step of the process. Gave me a free interior deep clean too! Will return for the next service gladly.

We are very happy with Motobrother mechanical service. Much much better service and really low price. They explain everything is easy to understand videos. Also they gave me free service of antirust
