recently visited this salon for acrylic nail removal, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the pricing was significantly higher than with no clear justification. More importantly, the procedure itself felt rushed and poorly executed. Additionally, there was a lack of proper finishing. Overall, the service did not meet basic expectations in terms of care, professionalism, or value for money.

Ohh this salon so amezing.. i did hair cut and Spa here by Mr. Neeraj .. oh he is too amezing and i feel so much relaxed when he massage my head and treated very well and along with that I did Facial from here by miss. Shruti she is also too good he give me too gentle feeling and along with that when she massage my face i feel so much relaxed. I am deeply thankful to both of them ...And thank you guys ... Very poor service. Yesterday, I noticed a young boy who came with his mother for a haircut, but the staff showed very little interest in attending to them. One staff member was sitting outside( Gokul) wasting time and not ready to come in for haircut. When the lady requested another staff member to do the haircut, he also seemed uninterested(Akib) After some time, he finally asked the boy to sit on the chair. However, while the boy was seated, the staff member noticed an older man outside and asked him to come in. He then told the child to get up from the chair to attend to the other customer. Service providers should remember that every customer deserves equal respect and treatment, especially when everyone is being charged the same. If a staff member is tired, then they should not sit freely infront of customers or entrance to make customers feel insulted by being ignored. After seeing this the child's mother felt insulted and she politely moved out fro m that salon without any argument
