Had such a bad experience here. The hair wash in itself was uncomfortable. After the wash had requested a blast dry that works best for my hair. The tech insisted on a blow dry and on refusing didn’t even dry my hair completely. Was very disappointing to a limit that would have done a better job at home. Have got a hair wash with blast dry regularly and no other parlour does such a bad job. Only advantage might be that the wash was quite cheap. The reception was refusing timing adjustments and called to change my appointment 10 mins before when i had almost reached the location. Was sending back clients while the parlour was literally empty. Seems like the place wants to create an aura of a premium parlour when they are mediocre at best.
