softsens is very trusted baby product brand which I used more than 5 years for my child...it's smell is freshness giving ..it's packaging is very attractive and product caring all time i posted for delivery..and also affordable prices is main benefit for every parents ....it's worth it....

Worst company! They can’t even pack an order properly. In set of 6 for new born, they sent 2 different sizes and when raised, didn’t care to respond (they had not clue about the order!) . Not sure how do they charge such a premium and offer pathetic after sale service. Their customer service team is just pathetic and does nothing other than forwarding complaints to the ‘concerned department’. I am still struggling to get an exchange and refund. Please do not buy from them and suffer!
