Extremely disappointing experience with this company. @deshvidesh Our trip leader exited just a couple of days into the trip citing a “visa problem,” and after that, the entire group was left to manage everything on our own in an unfamiliar country. There was zero coordination, no backup plan, and no proper assistance from the team. We had specifically paid extra for a hosted experience, but what we got was no different from a self-managed trip. On top of that, the support team was highly unresponsive and avoided accountability throughout. Overall, very unprofessional service. Definitely not reliable, and I wouldn’t recommend booking with them.

Extremely disappointing experience with the woman who runs this company along with her husband. She was highly unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to provide complete or accurate information for the services I paid for. She repeatedly claimed to have more expertise in U.S. immigration forms than licensed immigration attorneys, yet was unable to explain the reason for an RFE when the application was rejected. Her arrogance, combined with a clear lack of understanding, directly impacts the quality of service and puts clients’ applications at risk. Proceed with caution.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience – Completely Incompetent and Unprofessional Agency I would *strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this visa processing agency.* It is painfully clear that they have *no experience whatsoever in handling visa applications* and *no understanding of the actual procedures involved.* Their advice is useless, their process is chaotic, and their staff appear completely clueless. I had to apply for my *U.S. visa, and because of their repeated mistakes, my application was **rejected. They sent my **new passport without including my old passport, which is a critical requirement for the visa process. This same blunder happened **multiple times*, and every time, I had to deal with the consequences of their carelessness. To make matters worse, I had to *travel from Mumbai to Delhi multiple times* just to collect my passport because of their *incompetence and mismanagement.* This entire ordeal was a complete waste of time, effort, and money. Their handling of important documents is *shockingly careless, and their overall attitude is **irresponsible and unprofessional.* After suffering through repeated mistakes, I finally took my passports back and am now applying through another agency that actually understands visa procedures. If you value your time and sanity, *do NOT go anywhere near this agency.* They are *completely unqualified, careless, and unreliable.* I would highly recommend choosing a different, competent service provider for your visa needs.
