According to my experience, this is the best hospital in Mumbai and New Mumbai. The doctors and staff are excellent. The cleanliness and treatment is very good. My entire family goes to Taloja to Govandi for treatment. The environment is very good. There will be no fear or tension of the hospital. It feels peaceful. I pray that Allah gives long life to the owner, doctors and all the staff of the hospital and gives them a chance to serve the people.

Alhamdulillah I am deeply thankful to Dr Neelam manik for making my impossible journey possible.my pregnancy was Full of complications and emotion stress and my previou gynecologist hd clearly told me that normal delivery was not possible not possible.i had lost all hope Dr Neelam manik gave me confidence guided me with patience and monitoring my case very carefully she explained everything honestly and supported me at very step both mentally and medically.By the grace of allah and her expertise I was able to have a normal delivery and safely welcome my baby boy She is extremely knowledgeable calm and compassionate I truly felt safe under her care i highly recommend Dr Neelam manik to any expecting mother looking for trust hope and genuine care Hospital service and care is very good Stff are very polite Plz fully recommend

During the pregnancy, my sister-in-law developed a urine infection and they rushed her to the hospital. Dr. Neelam came once, advised admission, and then did not return to check on her again. After that, everything was left to the nurses. My sister-in-law was in severe pain and discomfort, and it was clearly an emergency situation. Despite this, there was no proper doctor supervision. My brother kept trying to find the doctor, but she was nowhere available. This is not just one incident—it shows a clear pattern. The doctor seems to be available for routine OPD visits, but when an actual emergency happens, patients are left in the hands of nurses without proper medical guidance. This is very risky and unacceptable, especially in maternity cases where timely decisions are critical. From what we experienced, it feels like the entire maternity care here is being handled by nurses rather than doctors. As a family member who saw all this happening, I would strongly caution others. In emergencies, you need a doctor present—not just nursing staff. Please think carefully before trusting this hospital for such important care.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the kind of service provided by this hospital. I chose this place with full trust for my wife’s delivery, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions. Dr. Neelam is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. During OPD visits, she barely gives any time and shows no real concern. But the most shocking part is her complete absence during the actual emergency. When my wife’s water broke at around 12:00 AM, we rushed to the hospital immediately. She was admitted, but after that, there was no proper care or monitoring. The entire night, the nurses were either unavailable or careless. No one bothered to check on the patient regularly. It felt like there was no sense of urgency at all. And the doctor? Not available anywhere when she was actually needed. By morning around 6:00 AM, labor pain had started, but by then most of the fluid had already drained. Even till 11:00 AM, there was no proper medical supervision. Later, we were simply told that the cervix was not opening. When we shifted to another hospital in emergency, we were informed that due to delay and complete fluid loss, even injections were not helping, and we had no option left but to go for a C-section. A completely healthy pregnancy was turned into a surgical delivery because of negligence, delay, and irresponsible behavior of the staff and doctor. This is not even my first bad experience with Dr. Neelam — earlier as well, she showed the same careless attitude and lack of attention. This hospital clearly runs without proper doctor support during emergencies and depends only on nurses who are not attentive. If you value the safety of your loved ones, especially during something as critical as delivery, please DO NOT choose this hospital.
