VARUN DHAWAN

Varun Dhawan, born on 24 April 1987 in Mumbai, is the son of veteran director David Dhawan. He made his debut with Karan Johar's Student of the Year in 2012 and quickly became one of Bollywood's most commercially reliable young stars.

From the mass entertainer Judwaa 2 to the intense thriller Badlapur, Varun has shown surprising range for an actor who began his career as the relatable boy-next-door. He is one of the industry's finest dancers.

He married his childhood sweetheart Natasha Dalal in January 2021 and the couple welcomed daughter Lara in 2023. He lives in Juhu, near his parents, maintaining his roots in the neighbourhood where he grew up.
