Saif Ali Khan, born 16 August 1970 in New Delhi, is the son of cricket legend Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and actress Sharmila Tagore. He carries the title Nawab of Pataudi and has built a respected career across romantic, comic and intense dramatic roles.
Saif moved to Mumbai to pursue films, settling in Bandra West, where he and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan raise their sons Taimur and Jehangir. His elder children Sara and Ibrahim, from his first marriage to Amrita Singh, are also active in the film industry.
Known for his versatility, Saif has pivoted successfully into OTT with Sacred Games and continues to take on genre-defying roles in Hindi cinema, including the historical epic Tanhaji.
