Poor experience overall. There’s no visitor parking, and the watchmen were quite rude — they could at least speak politely when informing guests about it. Not sure how the members manage. Aside from that, the society and ambience were just average.

This society is located just opposite the Audi Service Center and adjacent to Diamond Jubilee High School. The entrance gate is barely noticeable from the main road, making it easy to miss. The construction quality is poor. The building features small and seemingly weak pillars, and the materials used appear to be of poor quality. There is also a lack of consistency in construction—for instance, the door sizes vary across different floors, with some being noticeably smaller than others. Furthermore, the sound insulation is extremely inadequate; conversations held within one apartment can be clearly heard in neighboring flats, highlighting the poor structural design. Noise disturbance is another major concern. During weekends, loud music and gatherings frequently continue well past 11 PM, often extending until 2 AM. Wedding celebrations are also common, and due to the building's congested layout, the sound carries throughout, making it difficult for residents to sleep. Music is often played until midnight or later. Interactions with the builder's representative, Anis, are disappointing. While initially courteous during the house-selling process, his behavior becomes dismissive and rude afterward. Basic facilities are also poorly managed—watchmen are not paid on time, leading to high turnover. Parking space is overpriced. Moreover, after the main structure was completed, two additional floors were constructed, causing ongoing noise and inconvenience to existing residents. Given all these issues, the overall living experience does not reflect the price demanded for these properties.
