We booked 20 seater bus and we were supposed to be picked up at 10 am from a villa in Lonavla. Bus arrived at 2 pm which is 4 hours after the actual pickup time. We have to extend our stay at the villa as there were kids with us which cost us extra 6000 rupees. Also, we planned on visiting some place in Lonavla but couldn’t do it because of bus coming late. Entire plan was ruined for Sunday and cost us extra money. After coming late, we were not compensated for the extra cost we incurred in villa. If you’re planning to book with this agency for vehicles, plz do not book or if you’re booking then don’t pay complete amount as you will be stuck without any option. The booking was made in the name of Sarfaraz Khan.

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE!! We booked a 26 seater tempo traveller with David motors for Mahabaleshwar which is a hill station. We had 4 kids with us and 1 infant. Problems We faced: 2. Vehicle's 1st and 3rd gears plus the hand break wasn't working.(we were on ghats already when we got to know this) 3. We were stranded with kids in Lonavala. 4. When called up the owner, Joyel, there was no response from him and the staff could not arrange another Vehicle there. 5. When I finally spoke to Joyel after the trip he was extremely rude and absolutely no empathy for what happened forget accepting the poor service and apologising. 6. We had offered advance while booking but he denied and later kept saying that we didn't have the right to complain as we didn't pay.

It was neat and clean It was along with one helper/co-driver The price was according to the market rate i believe Good service, all details of bus and driver contact was given a day prior Thanks David Motors, will recommend to everyone
