I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience here. While entering the AC section, a waiter was carrying used utensils from other tables and lost control. The entire tray fell on me, leaving my shirt, pants, and shoes covered with leftover food. This was extremely embarrassing, especially as I was there for a family meeting. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of basic courtesy from the staff. Not a single person apologized. When I politely asked to speak with the manager, the person who claimed to be the manager responded very rudely, saying, “hamara banda kiya kya yeh” and then sarcastically added, “toh kya aapko shirt laake du?” This kind of response is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, after we sat down, no one attended our table—no one came to take the order or even offered water. Overall, the staff behavior was rude, insensitive, and untrained in handling customers. This experience ruined what was supposed to be an important family gathering. I strongly recommend the management to train their staff in basic hospitality and customer handling.
