Connected with a person named Shiva. There is no care or concern for you as a customer. There should be some personal connect when a customer reaches out to you. He didn't seem to listen to the requirement we wanted. We got this voucher booklet at a corporate event, for the first time I thought let's give it a shot. We didn't actually have a good experience on the stay they provided and the service of tour We had to adjust with another couple apparently and they obviously managed to take extra money from us cuz they said the other couple is busy at our time and we were there only for one day at Mahabaleshwar trying to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately the hotel was so disappointing and disturbing but since it was just one night we let it go. Mr. Shiva should really have a listening hear to the customers to make a better experience.

The bus/travel experience was comfortable.Bus was clean and neat. Accommodation and food both were of good quality. Guide were friendly and informative.”Good organization for their group tours, We have been travelling through Vigneshwar … for a 1st time… hotel booking and sight seeing was well organised.Helpful, attentive tour guide. The tour guide was very helpful and showed special attention on all the people’s. Attractive value for money for many good service + reasonable pricing.
