Very bad experience with Nidhivan Motors. I regret buying my first car from this dealer. At the time of selling the car, the dealer told me not to worry and said he has a garage in Mira Road and would take responsibility for any issues for 6 months. But after I bought the car, the vehicle started having problems and the dealer never gave proper support. When I contacted them, they did not pick up the phone and completely ignored my problem. Now they are refusing to take responsibility and saying once the car leaves their shop it is not their responsibility. This dealer makes promises at the time of sale but does not support customers afterward. Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise people to be careful before buying a car from Nidhivan Motors.

I bought my first car from Nidhivan Motors and was initially hesitant about buying a second-hand car due to hidden issues. However, the experience was excellent. He was very genuine and transparent, clearly informing me upfront about a suspension replacement needed after a year—and there were no other issues at all. I drove the car for five years without any problems. I’m now moving abroad and had to part with my beautiful Vento, but I highly recommend Nidhivan Motors to anyone looking for a trustworthy and smooth car-buying experience.
