ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible service and attitude from the staff. Doctors are never on time. There is no point in making an appointment with them, you’ll land up waiting for at least an hour. If you call them for any information, they say they are checking and just leave you on the call and talk and laugh with people around. They don’t even put you on hold, just in the background. Don’t know how this place has any reviews more than 3 stars. There are a lot of gynaecologists in Borivali, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I was admitted on 11th April 2025 as I started having labor pains and had them until 12th April morning 5am. We tried pushing until 6.30 am and then doctor said that the baby position is not optimum for normal delivery and they did a C Section. I felt ditched and cheated. I was 100% dilated and took the whole labor pain and was already pushing. I don’t know if they lie to you about baby position and all. I am not sure but this is my experience. They told my family C section is the only option now since baby head is tilted and we don’t have any other option

My wife recently gave birth to a baby child, my experience with the hospital was pathetic, i chose the hospital for delivery because i heard from many people that they prefer normal delivery over surgical delivery, on the date of delivery the scene was all opposite of what we thought of, doctor came and started scaring us that baby has passed motion inside and you will have to opt for surgical delivery otherwise we are not responsible if anything happens to baby and he himself wrote a full page note and was asking us to sign that. He gave reason for motion because my wife was getting good labour pain and delivery was expected to be normal. He also mentioned that if you are not opting for surgical delivery then i am going home and will see the mother's condition in the morning, we decided not to take any risk and opt for surgical delivery. We stayed in hospital for 4 days and we saw that 100% deliveries was done through surgical mode only around us.
