Worst store don’t ever go I had a make to order pendant of which design also I have given I trusted them and paid advance of ₹45000 in December 2025 Product arrived in jan 2026 When the final bill came there was no discount given on making charge and when I confronted them they said it is system error. Billing counter team and manager don’t even pay attention whether customer has been given discount as promised or not. They have put a huge banner on their door of 15% discount on making charge but when they do billing they don’t give any discount on making charge When customer highlights the same then they keep saying we are speaking with IT team it will take time. They are in hurry to take advance payment and promise for making charge discount but while making actual invoice they just don’t bother. Advice to the store don’t do cake cutting for customers anniversary better investment some good employees in the store or else close the store People in the billing counter and the manager are not worth talking to. Customer will loose patience. Never ever coming in this store again Better visit other jewellers like Tanishq, mannubhai, tbz, Kamlesh, Om, malabar, Joyalukas when you have a make to order and the design also customer has to give Also one more thing they have kept a iPad for feedback in their store in that their employee only gives feedback on customer’s behalf. Joke!!

I bought a piece of jewellery from Senco, Borivali. Was so impressed with the behaviour of the staff, the transparency of the valuation of old gold jewellery, their professionalism . They stayed back beyond their working hours to suit our needs! We also received very nice and thoughtful gifts from them. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
