My daughter has gifted me these rose gold plated earrings which were purchased by her online. This was in February 2026. The first time the earrings were delivered in a broken box and the screws of both the earrings were not holding to the threading and were coming out. First replacement came with screws of different sizes and rose gold plating was scraped. The second replacement was delivered ( attached in photo) also with plating all scraped out as seen in the picture. The entire process of replacements took one and half month. The warranty is for the plating, it seems. When the product was replaced twice with scraped plating, though it was rose gold plated, what warranty is Giva offering? This is Cheating. The cost of rose gold plating was included and the earrings were delivered with scraped plating. The same pair of earrings was delivered as replacement twice by scraping the rose gold plating. This is disgusting . I had put a mark on the box thats how I noticed that same pair was scraped and delivered. There is no refund but they said they will transfer the amount in the wallet so that the customer buys another fake Giva ' gold plating scraped' product and start the return and replacement journey again. How can anyone trust Giva products????? Why was the gold plating scraped? Why was it not plated again? This is how customers are taken for a ride. Very shameful Giva!!! Total waste of hard earned money. Giva, if you are reading this, take your fake earrings back and return the money to source if you are GENUINE.
