Worst experience ordering from them through Zomato. Instead of three flavor medium they send me two flavor small size. And the send me one waffle instead of two. Even though I complained to Abhishek who is horrible btw. He said to come all the way to Borivali to get another icecream despite of wrong order. I spoke with him for 20 mins explaining him the issue n finally he said he will give refund n asked to not put review. 5 mins later he calls n sends he cannot give refund as manager is not there n to wait till next day or complain to Zomato. The entire gelato which tasted bad actually went all watery !!! Finally after speaking with Zomato I got refund but my experience with this Nicola was pathetic …. They are cheaters n cons. Especially Abhishek !!!

All the ice-creams are awesome. Its not easy to choose one from them. The staf person Dipak helped me to choose the flavour. The combination of 2-3 flavour in one cone is a best idea. The waffle cone is also very crispy. Loved it very much. Just try once and I am sure you will go again & again.
