Poorest store. Worthless—not even 1 star. The umbrella I purchased from this store last year is still covered by the warranty. When making the purchase, they promised to assist you up to the product's warranty period if something occurred to the umbrella. Within a year, an umbrella's rib is broken. I visited the shop for repair. Although the umbrella is under warranty, the shopkeeper was quite disrespectful and said, "We cannot help you with this." You must go to the brand-repair facility in Marine Lines. We would have assisted you if you had arrived the previous year (the year that I purchased an umbrella). Terrible store.
