I hired 3 times different house help for my blind 86 yrs old Dad but my experience unfortunately was not that good. First male attendant would come 15-20 mins late every day but leave on time. One day is fine but every day same issue so we changed because he took two days leave and informed last moment where we had to accommodate on our own, then we asked for second boy who was illiterate and couldn’t read or use mobile. Though he was good in his work but he was fainted the first day of his work because he said he had low BP issues. Then he started going out for lunch because his house was under repairs and his mom didn’t give him food. When I chose to offer him food he said he likes spicy and not medium spicy food. He also took leaves unfortunately because he was unwell and planning to do some fasts. I immediately asked for a change because one day he ate his lunch late he fainted and then he said he wants to fast 40 days without water and food. Third attendant Francis who came from Nalasopara was heart patient and had brain surgery done on himself and was diabetic too. He took care of my dad but not ready to wash his bedsheets weekly and said he has shoulder pain and he is heart patient. I have a humble request here Brian Sir, whenever you hire male attendants please get their health checkup done because you are placing them with senior citizens who are completely dependent on them. They have this Attitude of not doing any work, don’t know to use mobile - saying I am Not educated or do Basic cleaning of the patient bedsheets weekly. My dad used to have his bath on own though be was blind by his instincts because he was in defence services- Ex Navy, eat on own only we needed the attendant to serve him and wash his plate. He used to come everyday at 7.25am but leave by 7.15 pm saying Virar train has rush. We never bothered because my dad was used to being alone for sometime but always cribbing to do things and unhappy with anything we say is not acceptable. We had read the reviews and chose your agency but my experience was not that good at the three times. Maybe in future if we need anyone hope to get someone better. Brian Sir I have huge respect for you and Sanjeev Sir but your attendants unfortunately were not able to maintain the standards here.

We hired a caretaker and nurse for elder care at home and had an excellent experience. The nurse - Mr. Shravan Kumar did a wonderful job 👍 very professional, knows his job well, caring towards the patient and sensitive towards the family.
