Dear Owner, I recently purchased two pairs of jeans from your store. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff member assisting me was unprofessional. The guy with tattoo on hand appeared frustrated that I tried on several options before deciding, which made the environment feel high-pressure and unwelcoming. Also I self arranged the jeans pants which I tried and placed them at their original place. I believe that a purchase of two items should be seen as a success but I was disappointed to leave the store feeling like a burden rather than a valued customer." Though budget wise I could afford to buy ALL products of your shop. I like your collection, and visit regularly but the service experience makes me hesitant to return henceforth. I thought you should know so this can be addressed with the team."
