Ordered food at 9:30 pm and the person forgot that we have given the order. Later at 10:30 pm when I called he said sir karta hu delivery in 10 mins. And the food was delivered at 11:10pm. If you cannot fulfill the order within time. Kindly don't take the order.

Worst service ever! I took my guest somedays back thinking since we usually order from here and the taste is pretty good to be honest and the starters very genuinely good But the basic etiquettes of asking for water keeping salt and pepper serving schezwan chutney with chinese dish nothing was there litrally they seemed unbothered! Usually we visit less here but order more and the food is really good But this guy's are focused more on parcel orders than the customer who have visited their outlet It was noon and we planned for some classic triple schezewan rice and they didn't had rice either Soo we tried noodles those too were soo salty it felt like the whole jar of salt was in it Vivek chinese corner always made me happy in terms of food But this are some serious things they need to look after Genuinely very disappointed!

I am a regular customer at Vivek’s, but this time the experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality was terrible and completely flavorless, as if it was rushed without care. What made it worse was that this meal was for my parents’ anniversary, and the poor quality ruined what should have been a special day. Earlier, when the hotel had fewer customers, the quality and customer relationship were much better. Now, with more customers, the attention to regular customers has clearly reduced. Even though we visited the hotel directly and placed the order, we had to wait more than an hour for the food. The staff seemed more focused on online orders, likely because they bring more profit. This is not the experience I expected from a place I trusted for years. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on maintaining food quality and valuing loyal customers.
