I visited this place because I had heard good reviews about 3M. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I got a detailed car wash done for my Virtus after a Konkan trip (and if you’re from Konkan, you know how stubborn that red soil can be). I received a call in the evening saying the car was ready. From a distance, it looked great — almost like a brand new car. But that impression lasted only a few seconds. As soon as I inspected it closely, I realized the job was far from complete. The cleaning was poorly done, with multiple spots clearly missed. I’ve attached pictures of the “great work” done by the team — honestly, I could have done a better job at home. Paying ₹1800 for this level of service is unacceptable. For a brand like 3M, this was nowhere close to expectations. Definitely not worth your hard-earned money — I would strongly suggest looking for better options nearby if you genuinely care about your car. To be fair, I did call the store manager, Mr. Yamin, the next day (he had already left when I picked up the car). He was courteous and asked me to bring the car back for a rework. But honestly, what’s the point of spending more time and fuel to fix something that should have been done right the first time? What really got me was when I was pointing out the missed spots, one of the staff casually asked, “Sir aur kahin gandi dikh rahi hai car?” — I mean, if I have to find and point out every issue, I might as well wash the car myself. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and save your money. 3M products may be premium, but the service here certainly isn’t. I was even considering getting my roof blackened here, but after this experience, I’d much rather spend my money elsewhere.

Recently did Germ free interior cleaning from 3m Borivali West branch for my VW Vento. They offer a great deal on package for interior cleaning. The advisor first showed me all the products that they will use for the cleaning and explained in detail what all will be done. Through out the cleaning process i kept getting video updates on whatsapp showing the work being done. Reason for choosing 3m is they use genuine high end products for their services. It makes a lot of difference as you can be rest assured that you are getting what you are paying for. Very happy with the work done. Car is sparkling clean and nice fragrance as well in the interiors.

Gave my car for deep cleaning of interiors. It had fungus inside. They did very good job. Interiors were done very clean. They gave me updates sending videos of cleaning. They have 1yr, 3 times cleaning subscription as well. I would recommend this.
