Not a good experience with this auto parts shop. Their prices are quite high compared to other sellers, and the staff isn’t very supportive. If you return a part (even unused or the same day), they don’t refund your money — they make you purchase something else instead. In the automotive spares industry, most shops offer easy exchange or return for non-compatible parts, but that’s not the case here. It feels like they take customers for granted, assuming car owners have plenty of money to waste. Definitely not a customer-friendly approach.
