Review for Vigo Visas (Gaurav & Pranita) I began my Canada PR process with Vigo Visas in August 2020 after being assured that they would first evaluate my eligibility. I paid the evaluation fee and was told I was eligible to proceed with the PR application. That’s when the real ordeal began. Over the past five years, I have experienced nothing but emotional and financial distress due to how my case was handled. The most serious issue arose when they submitted fake IELTS results on my behalf something I was completely unaware of until I was issued a three-year ban by IELTS. This has had a devastating impact on my life and immigration prospects. Whenever things went wrong, Pranita stopped responding to calls, and Gaurav would get in touch after days with vague explanations or empty assurances. After continuous follow-ups and arguments, they offered to apply for an open work permit (without a job offer) in February 2024. As of 19th October 2025, I am completely clueless about the status of my application. It’s been over two months since I last heard any update about my work permit. Despite several follow-ups, they have not shared any login credentials or access details to the application supposedly filed on my behalf which is absolutely unethical and unacceptable. They hold all the information related to my profile and deny me access to the very application that contains my personal and professional documents. I have already spent 10+ lakhs INR, yet there is no clarity, no accountability, and no transparency from their side. My humble request to anyone considering Vigo Visas please be extremely cautious. They often promise PR within six months, which is completely unrealistic unless your scores are exceptionally high. Don’t get carried away by false assurances. Don't write review for them in initial stages, do it only when you land in the country or the full service is delivered like visa is issues or after passport submission so that others have a clarity. Check my testimony on their website, which they made me write at the initial stages and I am still clueless about my application Do your own research, consult with verified immigration professionals, and demand transparency at every step. I am willing to share payment proofs, call recordings, and transaction details to support every word of this review. Please learn from my experience don’t let your dream of Canada PR become a nightmare. Update 21/11/2025: I am still clueless about my application and have no update at all. Don't know even if I will ever make it to CA, perfect example of how someone can easily play with your career and finances. Will share update regularly here. Thank you, stay safe and stay aware Update 30/11/2025: I still don't have any update on my application Update 21/01/2025: it's over 2 months now Gaurav and Pranita from vigo Visas have still not shared any update with me I am sharing this with deep disappointment and is based on my personal experience, supported by official IRCC documentation which I decided to file by myself. According to GCMS notes received directly from IRCC, my work permit application was refused in March 2025 due to issues such as incomplete or irrelevant documents, incorrect personal information, and LMIA/employer-related concerns. Before accessing these records myself, I was informed that the application was still in progress. IRCC also confirmed that my PR application was refused under Section 40(1) of IRPA for misrepresentation, referencing an IELTS result that was later verified as not authentic. This led to a 5-year inadmissibility period. I was not aware of this fraudulent submission at the time. Over ₹10 lakhs were spent on professional and application-related costs. Beyond the financial loss, the emotional stress and uncertainty were overwhelming. Communication reduced significantly once problems arose, and access to application details was never provided. I urge future applicants to proceed cautiously, seek independent verification, and insist on transparency at every stage.

Very poor response from the team. I have applied for AIP and got a job way back in Feb 2023. Now it is Feb 2025. I had received my job contract stating the commence date of employment is Nov 2024. Currently I am waiting for a link for forex card. Since December Ankita is only telling me that there is some issue that is the reason for the delay. When I call her, without any empathy I am always told currently we don't have any update. Gaurav and Pranita aren't even answering the call. Everytime I am told this date we expect the link/update and when that date arrive nothing comes. Update 06/03/2026 I am still in India waiting for my passport submission request. Now their office isn't at the same location. Neither i have the login details to check my application.
