Not professional at all .called doctor directly on 14 August as 15 August was holiday as was a bit of emergency , then gave appointment for 14 August , when we went , we waited for half an hour and then as there were no patient except us he didn't come only for OPD .nor staff had any idea that doctor will not come .when we asked receptionist after waiting for an hour , that time she called doctor and doctor said he won't be coming .i hope this doesn't happen to anyone .wouldn't prefer anyone for this

We had planned a total knee replacement for my mother (age 64) for both the knees (May 2024). After lot of research, second opinions and other analysis, we finally decided to get her treated at Dr Hiten Kenia (Borivali East). I confess that I’ve never come across such a humble doctor in the present era. Most of the worries will surely vanish during his consultations. His attention to details, personal attention before, during and post surgery, guidance in the easy to follow manner and above all accessibility, is commendable. He is specialised in Minimal Invasive process when it comes to Total Knee Replacement surgery. It’s his expertise and guidance that helped us tremendously. We were all pleasantly surprised see mother resume walking on the immediate next day of the procedure, albeit with the aid of walker. We also thank the staff at Lifeline Hospital (Malad East) for their support and guidance throughout the process. Once again, a big Thank You to Dr Hiten Kenia for his outstanding treatment. As they say, Medicines can cure diseases but only doctor can cure patients; and this perfectly applies to Dr Hiten Kenia! 🙏🏻
