I had a wonderful experience at the Birkenstock store. Roshni and the staff were extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my requirements, explained the different footwear options in detail, and helped me find the right fit without any pressure. Their professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to answer all my questions made the shopping experience pleasant and stress-free.
