I started therapy with her in 2020. It was COVID and I was just a 19 year old student who was suffering from anxiety and depression. I'd been to other doctors before meeting Dr. Payal but none worked. I was at the lowest point in my life I could've ever been. I met her for 2 years on and off based on my relapses. The first time around it took me 6 months to recover. The other times it was easier. She helped me immensely. I still believe she is the best thing that ever happened to me. I genuinely believe she saved my life. Without her help, it wouldn't have been possible. I am grateful to my sister for finding her and taking me to her. It's 2024 and I am in a better than I've ever been. Now when I feel like I'm relapsing I always think what she'd ask me to do in these situations and it helps me gain clarity. I'd say if you really think none of your therapists are working out, just meet her once.
