Terrible experience! I needed professional photographs for my office that's why I reached to them. Digital photographs were urgently needed. I am talking about digital copy of photographs and not hard copy. I explicitly told them my requirements and they promised me to send digital copies in couple of hours but I waited and gave them some buffer time. Then I called them after 6 hours. They were not picking calls. Even after picking calls they were giving abrupt answers. Then after 10 calls, they gave me photos and "WHAT THEY HANDED OVER ME WAS UNPROCESSED PHOTOS". I had to process them again to make them usable. Super unprofessional and unreliable. I will not recommend them!

The staff is unfriendly and not willing to answer any queries. They don't pick up the phone when you call and when asked them why they just don't care to answer. It used to be good before not anymore.
