As part of our Managing Self and People Skills activity in our MBA program, I had the opportunity to visit Smiti Social Work Foundation. The experience was highly enriching and meaningful. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Rashmi Ma’am, who was extremely cooperative and supportive towards all the volunteers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. It was a great privilege for me to participate in creative activities with underprivileged children. This interaction not only allowed me to contribute positively to the community but also enhanced my interpersonal skills, empathy, and understanding of social responsibility.
