I joined this gym on 5th November 2025 with a lot of hope and excitement. But due to an unexpected personal emergency, I had to shift my home suddenly. On 19th November 2025, I visited the gym to request a cancellation and a refund (after any deductions). The staff informed me that there is no refund policy, and the only option is to transfer the membership. Since I am completely new to this city and don’t know anyone here, this situation became even more difficult for me. I tried explaining my circumstances, but unfortunately, I did not receive any support or flexibility. I truly wish the management could be more understanding in emergency situations. Even a partial refund or a considerate solution would mean a lot for customers who are already struggling. Hope this feedback helps them improve their service and empathy.
