The one word which describe my experience is "Pathetic".....
The one word which describe my experience is "Pathetic".. We bought chandelier from this shop and once it has been delivered at our house, we found that out 24 stone petals 18 to 19 petals of Chandelier was defective.. We called shopkeeper and asked to replace those petals. However they have not replaced then we have visited the shop couple of times and then finally they send their electrician for replacing the petals but 3 petals were short. Even their Electrician told us that pipe for hanging those petals are also defective. We are still awaiting for remaining 3 petals. Shopkeeper is saying "please chala lo".. My question is very simple if I am getting such service and product quality in 1 day after the product buying then what will be our expectations with other services. I will modify my review once I receive my all petals in proper condition..
