Disappointing experience. I ordered a cold coffee and informed the staff that I wanted it packed for takeaway, but they did not have disposable cups available. To make matters worse, they also didn't have straws when I asked for one. For a cafe serving cold beverages, these are basic items that should be readily available. I also raised these concerns with the manager, but my feedback was not taken seriously and I did not receive a helpful response.
