Absolutely horrible experience with Bharti AXA Life Insurance. I was mis-sold a policy, and when I raised a formal complaint with clear proof (call recordings and WhatsApp chats), the company completely failed to act. I was promised a resolution within 14 days, but there was no written response, no resolution, and zero accountability—only a meaningless delay call. This is not just poor service; it’s irresponsible and unethical handling of customer grievances. If something goes wrong, be prepared to chase endlessly. Strongly do NOT recommend.

Even a single star is far too generous for them. The people operating there are complete fraudsters whose only aim is to deceive you with flashy promises and fake deals. Once you fall into their trap and buy a policy, they simply stop answering your calls and queries. In particular, I want to call out Robin Fernandes and Amarnath for their fraudulent conduct.

I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with this insurance company. At a time when I was in urgent need of funds to clear my dues, I received a call offering me a solution. I was promised a loan of ₹10 lakh through their banking partner if I purchased a Bharti AXA Elite Advantage policy with a premium of ₹50,000. They claimed that the loan interest would be offset by the returns from the policy at maturity. Under pressure and trusting their promise, I ended up purchasing four policies, each worth ₹50,000. I received the hard copies within a week, but after that, the agents completely disappeared—phones switched off, no follow-up, and no support. It became clear that this was a well-orchestrated scam. It’s shocking that an insurance company would stoop so low by hiring third parties to mislead and exploit customers. I strongly urge everyone to be cautious and never buy any insurance from Bhartia Axa..

Very low returns. Don't invest and take any bharti axa policies. The sales agents will bluff and promise you great returns but you will not even get 3 to 4 percent return. There are better companies like ICICI, TATA and LIC. their language and explanation in brochure are confusing and helps their sales team to tell lies. Don't invest in Bharti Axa if you care about your money.
