I opted for their OPD plan, but the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite providing valid updates and required information, unnecessary claim rejections were imposed . The app functions as a one-way system that only supports the provider’s decisions, leaving customers with no proper channel to raise grievances against unfair rejections. What makes the situation worse is that the customer support team appears to have little visibility into the rejection process. They are unable to explain who rejected the request, why it was rejected clearly, or assist customers in escalating or lodging a formal grievance. Overall, the process feels highly one-sided, non-transparent, and disappointing from a customer service perspective.
